Child Safety Standards

No Minors; Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

1. [Adult verification] At the registration stage, dot confirms whether a user is aged 19 or older through mobile identity verification (via the PASS app or SMS) or passport and identity card verification, and does not permit minors to register or use the Service.
2. [CSAE and CSAM prohibited] The following content and conduct are not permitted under any circumstances.
   • Producing, posting, transmitting, requesting, storing, sharing, or distributing CSAM, or inducing access to it
   • Content or conduct that sexually depicts or objectifies children or youths
   • Sexual approaches to, enticement of, or grooming of children or youths
   • Proposing, demanding, or arranging sexual meetings, acts, or content involving children or youths
   • Using real or manipulated sexual images to threaten a child or youth or to demand money or sexual acts
   • Trading, arranging, or trafficking for the purpose of the sexual exploitation of children or youths, or encouraging it
   • Any other conduct that encourages or is involved in the sexual abuse or exploitation of children or youths
3. [Measures and cooperation with authorities] Where the Company confirms content or conduct relating to CSAE or CSAM, it takes the necessary measures, including deleting or blocking the content and restricting or permanently suspending the account.

   In relation to confirmed CSAM or sexual abuse or exploitation of children or youths, the Company may report to, or cooperate with the investigation of, the competent investigative authority or other relevant bodies in accordance with applicable law.

Inappropriate Content and Conduct

1. [Prohibited conduct] The Company prohibits content and conduct that harms the safety of other users or interferes with the safe operation of the Service, including the following.
   • Impersonation, or misappropriation of photos or personal information
   • Unwanted sexual advances or repeated contact
   • Harassment, threats, and stalking
   • Hate, discrimination, and outing
   • Infringement of another person's personal information or privacy
   • Posting or distributing illegal content such as illegally filmed material
   • Fraud, demands for money, and illegal transactions
   • Spam, illegal advertising, and other conduct contrary to the purpose of the Service
2. Where a violation is confirmed, the Company may restrict or delete content, issue a warning, restrict features, temporarily suspend use, or permanently restrict use, depending on the nature, severity, and repetition of the matter.

Reporting, Blocking, and Review

1. [Reporting] Users may directly report inappropriate content or other users from within the Service, including profiles, chats, and community posts and comments.
2. [Blocking] Reporting a user automatically blocks that person, and users may also block other users directly without filing a report.
3. [Review and measures] The Company reviews reports promptly in accordance with its operating standards, and gives priority to reports involving CSAE or CSAM or that may materially affect user safety, taking the necessary measures.
4. [Urgent danger] Where there is an immediate risk of physical harm or criminal harm to a child or youth, users may seek help directly from the competent investigative authority or other relevant bodies, separately from reporting within the Service.

The Company has designated a contact responsible for reports relating to CSAE and CSAM and for the operation of and response under its child safety policy.

   Where the Company receives a notification relating to CSAE or CSAM from an app marketplace such as Google Play or from a relevant authority, it carries out the necessary verification and measures through the child safety contact.

Related Policies

The dot Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply together with these Child Safety Standards. Where these Standards conflict with applicable law or app marketplace policy, the Company complies with applicable law and that policy.

Addendum

These Child Safety Standards take effect on 1 October 2026.
