Community Guidelines

Respect each other's consent and boundaries

1. [Consent] Unwanted sexual advances, repeated contact, and pressuring someone to meet or to share photos or contact details are not allowed.
2. [Harassment and stalking] Insults, defamation, humiliation, threats, stalking, and conduct that repeatedly causes another person anxiety, fear, or discomfort are prohibited.
3. [Sexual coercion] Do not demand sexual photos, videos, conversations, or acts, and do not continue making sexual advances after the other person has declined.

   If someone declines or indicates that they want to end the conversation, please respect that decision. The fact that you have matched, or that the other person previously agreed to a conversation or a meeting, does not mean they have consented to further contact or to sexual advances.

Impersonation, hate, and outing are not allowed

1. [Impersonation and misappropriation] Do not misappropriate another person's photos, name, social accounts, account, or verification credentials, impersonate another person, or create a false or deceptive profile.
2. [Hate and discrimination] Do not insult, demean, discriminate against, express hate toward, or attack another person or group on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender, appearance, age, disability, nationality, race or ethnicity, occupation, religion, or similar characteristics.
3. [Outing] Do not disclose another person's sexual orientation or gender identity, the fact that they use dot, or comparable private information outside the Service without their consent, and do not threaten to do so.
4. [Personal information and privacy] Do not collect, save, share, or distribute another user's photos, conversations, contact details, social accounts, address, workplace, location, or other personal information without permission.
5. [Infringement of rights] Do not post or share content that infringes another person's copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights, right to reputation, or other rights.

Sexual and exploitative content is restricted

General conversation about sexual topics is not prohibited outright. However, for the safety of other users and in accordance with our operating policies and applicable law, the following content and conduct are not allowed.

• Obscene content, such as photos or videos that explicitly depict sexual acts or genitals
• Sexual images or videos filmed, produced, or shared without the consent of the person concerned
• Non-consensual sexual composites, such as sexual images or videos synthesized using another person's face
• Threatening someone with the disclosure of sexual images or videos in order to demand money, further content, or sexual acts
• Content or conduct intended for sexual exploitation or coercion
• Saving, redistributing, or selling another person's sexual content without permission

Matters relating to child and youth sexual exploitation material and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) follow the separate Child Safety Standards.

Illegal, dangerous, and commercial use is prohibited

The following content and conduct are not allowed.

• Proposing, demanding, or arranging prostitution or unlawful meetings or transactions
• Producing, possessing, requesting, posting, or sharing illegal content such as illegally filmed material or child and youth sexual exploitation material
• Fraud, demands for transfers, loans, or investment, extortion, or inducing deceptive external payments
• Attempting to steal personal information such as accounts, financial information, or verification credentials
• Trading in or promoting illegal drugs, goods, or services
• Threatening or encouraging violence or crime against another person, or threatening actual harm
• Specifically encouraging or coercing suicide, self-harm, or other dangerous behaviour
• Spam, repeated promotion, recruitment, sales, advertising, and other commercial use not approved by the Company
• Registration or use by minors, or sexual approaches to or enticement of minors
• Circumventing the Service's security, verification, payment, or usage restrictions, or interfering with the operation of the Service
• Any conduct that violates applicable law or significantly harms the safety of other users

Use community anonymity responsibly

1. [Anonymity] Community posts and comments are shown to other users anonymously. Being anonymous does not mean these Guidelines do not apply.

   Where it is necessary to handle a report, dispute, or safety issue, or to take measures under applicable law, the dot operations team may identify the author to the extent required.

2. [Posts] Posts that attack or mock a specific person, disclose personal information, contain illegal or harmful content, or amount to flooding, spam, or advertising may be restricted.
3. [External contact and links] To prevent harm to users such as spam, fraud, and leaks of personal information, the posting of certain external links and contact methods, including open-chat invitations, Telegram links, and shortened URLs, may be restricted.
4. [Operation and filtering] To reduce the visibility of content that violates applicable law, these Guidelines, or the Terms of Service, the Company may apply automated filters, report review, or review by operators, to the extent necessary.

Boards work a little differently

1. [All boards] These Guidelines apply equally to every board. A board having a different character does not widen what's allowed.\n2. [Diary] A space for recording your personal thoughts and daily life. Other users can react with likes, but cannot leave comments or request a match through a post. Even in diary form, content that reveals a specific person's identity or private life is restricted under “Impersonation, hate, and outing are not allowed.”\n3. [19+] An adults-only space for sharing experiences, concerns, sexual health, and contraception information related to sex and relationships. Sexual topics may be discussed, but the prohibition on obscene, non-consensual, and exploitative content under “Sexual and exploitative content is restricted,” and the prohibition on sexual coercion under “Respect each other's consent and boundaries,” still apply. Posts recruiting for sexual encounters are restricted under “Illegal, dangerous, and commercial use is prohibited.”\n4. [Age group, region, and interests] Boards visible and postable only to users who meet the relevant condition. If the condition changes, only that board closes, and posts already written remain.

If something is wrong, report or block

1. [Reporting] Users can report inappropriate content or users from profiles, chats, and community posts and comments.

   Please report content and users you believe violate these Guidelines, including impersonation, harassment, unwanted sexual conduct, outing, fraud, illegal or dangerous conduct, suspected minors, and spam.

2. [Blocking] Reporting a user automatically blocks that person, and you may also block another user directly without filing a report. The other person is not directly notified of the block.
3. [Review] The Company reviews reports taking into account the severity of the matter and its impact on user safety, and may prioritize reports involving urgent or serious safety concerns.
4. [Enforcement] Where a violation is confirmed, the following measures may be taken depending on the nature, severity, and repetition of the matter and the potential for harm.
   • Restriction of the visibility of content, or its deletion
   • Warning
   • Restriction of certain features
   • Temporary suspension of use of the Service
   • Permanent restriction of use or termination of the service agreement
5. [Emergency measures] Where necessary to protect the safety of other users or prevent the spread of harm, the Company may temporarily restrict an account or content even before the facts have been finally confirmed.
6. [No abuse] Abuse of the reporting feature, such as false or repeated reports intended to harass another user or provoke enforcement, may also be subject to enforcement.
7. [Appeals] A user subject to a use restriction or other measure may request a review of that decision through the customer support team.

Keep your personal information and offline meetings safe

We recommend that you do not rush to share unnecessary personal information such as your legal name, home or workplace address, contact details, bank details, identity documents, or verification codes with someone you have just met.

Please take particular care if the other person repeatedly asks you to transfer money, take out a loan, invest, buy products, or pay on an external site.

For a first in-person meeting, choose a busy public place and, if helpful, tell someone you trust about the time and location.

If heavy drinking or a similar situation makes it hard to judge or express yourself, please postpone important decisions and put your safety first.

Where there is an immediate risk of physical harm or criminal harm, please seek help from the police or another competent authority first, rather than using in-app reporting.

These Community Guidelines take effect on 1 October 2026.
